We understand that the unique role of the landscape architect is to design in detail the client’s program which often includes landscape structures, ornamental plantings, fine crafted masonry and the artistic details unique to each client. We work closely with clients and their architects and builders to explore options, share ideas, and develop creative design solutions for the interior and exterior spaces in which we live. Our clients include residential homeowners, architects, builders, corporations, hospitals, educational institutions, botanical gardens, and public municipalities. ZEN Associates, Inc. is a Design + Build firm providing landscape architecture, interior design, and construction services for over 30 years.
Landscape Architecture
At ZEN Associates, we integrate form and function to create modern designs that are at once memorable and livable, beautiful and practical, natural and cutting edge. Our portfolio of projects includes residential estates, ocean front properties, urban gardens, healing gardens, rooftop gardens, historic restoration and preservation, Japanese gardens, water gardens and country estates. Our services include master planning, site design, construction documentation and planting plans.
Landscape Construction
Our construction team are experts at building large and small projects using tried and true project management techniques focused on communication, craftsmanship and experience. Our projects often include custom features-architecture such as: swimming pools, spas, fire features, outdoor kitchens, dining areas, water features, masonry walls, and walkways and specialty garden. To extend outdoor living through all seasons the designs are often enhanced with specialty lighting, heating elements, sound, security systems, and irrigation.
Interior Design
Known for contemporary interior design, our projects range from residential homes and condominiums to corporate offices, retail and restaurants. We strive to create meaningful design solutions to enhance our client’s lifestyle and well-being holistically. Our services include space planning, hand and computer renderings, interior and exterior detailing, custom millwork, furniture and finishes.
